What we do with your data, in plain English.

Short version: we collect the minimum we need to do good work, we don't sell anything, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

Last updated: May 2026

Who we are

Trimultaneously, LLC ("Trimultaneously," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at trimultaneously.com (the "Site") and provides growth strategy, marketing, operations, and related advisory and execution services to small businesses (the "Services").

For questions about this policy or your data, email albert@trimultaneously.com.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, take the Growth Audit, or subscribe to The Operator's Brief, we collect the information you provide — typically name, business name, email, business stage, industry, and the description of what you're working on.
  • Information about your visit. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps) and, if you consent, analytics and product-usage data from privacy-respecting tools like Plausible, Vercel Analytics, or — when configured — Google Analytics 4 and PostHog.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies to operate the Site. Optional analytics and (where used) marketing cookies are only set with your consent in regions that require it.
  • Information from booking and form tools. When you book a call via Cal.com, submit a contact form, or sign up for the newsletter, the provider we use (Cal.com, our form/email service, our mailing service) processes that information on our behalf.

How we use it

  • To respond to inquiries and deliver the Services.
  • To send The Operator's Brief and other communications you've asked for.
  • To run the Site reliably and securely, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
  • To understand which content and pages help small business owners — in aggregate, not to build individual profiles for advertising.
  • To meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your personal information.
  • We don't share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.
  • We don't enroll you in marketing sequences without your consent — booking a call or filling a form does not opt you in to The Operator's Brief.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small set of vendors to run the business. Each is bound by a written data-processing agreement and only processes data for the purpose we hire them for. These currently include (or will, as the site grows):

  • Hosting and analytics: Vercel.
  • Booking: Cal.com.
  • Email and communications: our email provider and CRM of record.
  • Newsletter: our email service provider (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Form processing: our transactional email and form provider (e.g., Resend).
  • Productivity and document tools: Google Workspace.

How long we keep data

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, meet contractual obligations, and comply with legal requirements. Inquiry data is typically kept for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymized unless you've become a client. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct it if it's wrong.
  • Delete it.
  • Stop using it for a specific purpose (like marketing).
  • Export it.

Email albert@trimultaneously.com with your request. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK, California), you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA; we honor those rights for everyone, not just residents of those regions.

Children

The Site and Services are not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information — HTTPS everywhere, access control on internal systems, and vendor selection based in part on security posture. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we'll notify affected individuals if a breach materially affecting their data ever occurs.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
